1.1 How won't I miss a thing?

There are many ways to stay informed about the latest news and items.

It's not really the standard anymore, but when you have an RSS reader (like Inoreader) you get directly the latest products in your feed. So if you really want to stay at the frontline: this is the best option!

2.1 Is there the possibility to see the artifact in 'real-life'?

It is possible to see the artifact for yourself. If you want to, please contact us first for un appointment.

3.1 What payment methods are being offered?

4 Shipping
4.1 How are items being shipped?

All our items can be sent if requested. The cost depens on the total weight, volume, country and priority. Therefore we display "price indication" in our shop. We calculated only the price that we pay for the real shipping. If you wish that your items will be sent, please contact us first, so that we can inform you about the current prices.
Our philosophy is that in good communication lays the key for a satisfied succeed delivery. We are not responsible for any unforseen costs if you haven't contact us.

  • For your shopping comfort we automatically generate the shipping cost that depends on the weight of your purchase.
  • It is possible that your country has not the information to tell you what the shipping costs are. In this case you will have to contact us if we can and will sent products to this country.
  • Depending on your purchase we can sent it as a 'postcard' or as a 'package'. The maximum size of a 'postcard' is 380mmx265mmx32mm. The maximum size of a 'package' is 100cmx50x50cm.
  • All prizes are without priority.
  • When you want an other way of shipping of your purchase: it can be done, but will we done on your own risk. At the check out there is the possibility to leave a message about this subject.

After agreement of the shipping price, your item will be decently wrapped and packed. The package will only be sent after the payment has been completed.

4.2 Is the shipping insured?

We only sent registered packages that are standard insured up to 500 Euro's when your package get lost or get damaged by the transporter. Registered postcards are insured up to 50 Euro's.
There is the possibility to secure your package up tp 100 Euro's or 5500 Euro's. If you want to choose this option, please contact us.

5 Return
5.1 How can I return an item?

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can decide if you want to return the item. You can take a close look at the item just like you would in a physical shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts and if you can still change your item; then please contact us.
If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original state and the original packing. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs directly when we have received back the product. You only have to pay for the return shipment costs.

The photo's of our item are resent and display the exact state of the item. When the item is returned, we expect that you wrap and pack with the same care like we would do. 
When we'll open the package and find damage caused by careless packing, we will let the damage be refund by you.

When it's obvious that the carrier has made damage to your purchase, we will do our best to get the damage paid.

We consider you as a serieus customer who is sincere and is not just a reckless buyer. When you only order to see if the photo's are right and you return the items regularly, then we may decide that we won't sent you any product anymore.
