Original Battledress belonged to a soldier of the 3rd Light Anti Aircraft (LAA) Royal Canadian Artillery (RCA) within the 2nd Canadian Infantry Division. The tunic is C broad-arrow marked. The marking is unreadable but we can tell by the shoulder board plastic buttons, light green coloured closing buttons and closing hook and eye that this tunic is early dated 1941 or 1942, the collar closer construction were also used in 1943. The tunic is having printed/canvas 3rd LAA-RCA titles, CANADA titles and nice embroidered 'paper backing' division patches with service chevrons. Shows normal traces of usage, has and hole through inside pocket and back.
Nice early battledress!
